Dining table: 1-8 guests. Private dining room: 10-20 guests. Poker salon suite: 6-10 players.

Select your preferred session: Lunch, Twilight Dinner, or Late Night Salon.

Times are AEST/AEDT. Late Night Salon is only available for poker salon suite bookings.

Step 4: Croupier Requests

For poker salon bookings, request a dedicated croupier or specific game preferences.

Croupier requests are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply for premium croupier.

Poker Salon Suite

A private salon for high-stakes poker with professional croupiers and discreet service. The suite seats 6-10 players and offers Texas Hold'em, Omaha, and mixed games in a controlled on-premise environment.

Twilight Dinner

An elegant evening dinner with the full degustation menu and cocktail pairings. Enjoy sunset views over the water as the dining room transitions into its evening ambiance.

Late Night Salon

An exclusive late-night session for poker salon guests, with cocktails and private play. The suite becomes a discreet enclave for serious players and their guests.

Poker salon suite only. Minimum age 18+. RSA compliance observed.

  • No sportswear, beachwear, or casual sandals.

Dress code strictly enforced. Management reserves the right to refuse entry.

Minimum Age Policy

Guests must be 18 years or older to enter the poker salon suite.

  • Dining areas welcome guests of all ages, but minors must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Poker salon suite is strictly 18+.
  • Valid photo ID required for age verification.
