3. Eligibility and Compliance

Guests must be 18 years or older to consume alcohol or enter the poker salon. Valid identification may be required at any time, and we may request proof of age before providing alcohol or granting access to restricted areas.

We comply with all applicable laws, including Responsible Service of Alcohol and anti-money laundering regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who does not meet eligibility requirements or who fails to provide satisfactory identification.

4. Reservations and Bookings

5. Payments and Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We accept major credit cards and debit cards. A surcharge may apply for certain card types, and any applicable surcharge will be disclosed before payment is processed.

Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings are honoured at the quoted price. Menu prices may vary for seasonal items, special events, or private dining arrangements.

Gratuities are at the guest's discretion and are not required. Any gratuity added to a bill is passed directly to the service team.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for dining reservations and 48 hours for private dining or poker salon bookings to avoid fees.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 100% of the deposit or minimum spend.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• We may waive fees in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

7. Responsible Service of Alcohol

Tastedining Room strictly adheres to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated persons, and our team is trained to monitor alcohol consumption and intervene where necessary.

Guests must be 18 years or older to purchase or consume alcohol. We may require valid identification at any time. Alcohol will not be served to minors or persons showing signs of intoxication.

We support the responsible enjoyment of alcohol and encourage guests to plan alternative transport where appropriate.

8. Liability and Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, Tastedining Room is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.

Our liability for any direct loss is limited to the amount paid by the guest for the relevant service. Guests agree to indemnify the venue against claims arising from their own negligence or misconduct.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
